DAVIDsTEA was looking to define a brand new customer mobile shopping experience and how to utilize a digital platform to better inform users about their existing loyalty program and benefits, provide the flexibility of tracking rewards and receiving a personalized shopping experience.

As the lead designer for this engagement, I helped establish a customer-centric design process that included extensive customer research, rapid prototyping, user testing and strategic roadmapping.

Based on the success of this engagement, DAVIDsTEA is planning to collaborate with the team to develop, launch and scale the mobile application.
